Our work will have special focus on:

• Inviting students from SAARC (South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation) countries namely India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Maldives, for study visits to Auroville.

• To reach out to the world through contacts and exchanges with Non Resident Indians and Persons of Indian Origin, around the world. Also to establish and maintain the links and contacts of The Indian Pavilion, Bharat Nivas with similar Organizations doing similar work around the world.

• To maintain the website for Bharat Nivas, The Pavilion of India, namely www.bharatnivas.org and provide information on aims, ideals and activities of Bharat Nivas, to the New India and International Community around the world.

• To strengthen and reaffirm the presence of Bharat Nivas in the International Zone of Auroville through offering the facilities of the campus of Bharat Nivas to the Community of Auroville, through its activities like workshops, study programmes, exhibitions, guest lectures, etc.

• To initiate Fund raising for Bharat Nivas and its growing activities and work towards the manifestation of International Zone of Auroville.
